About our Beef
As part of our conception to consumer program our Fleckvieh-Hereford-Red Angus cross cattle are bred and managed to develop youthful, high yielding, well marbled beef.
Our calves are born on pasture in April and May. In the fall they are weaned and fed through the winter on hay and oats green feed. As yearlings they are moved back to pasture with a supplementary self-feed ration of grain.
Our cattle are not fed or implanted with performance enhancers.
We believe that this feeding program creates the optimum balance of tender, healthy, flavourful beef for our customers.
