About Us

Located near Morinville, Alberta, we are third generation livestock producers with experience in all aspects of the beef industry from cow-calf and seed stock production to feedlot finishing and custom processing in our on farm facility, Cardiff Meat and Sausage.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide economically priced, naturally raised, high quality beef direct to the end user through our integrated conception to consumer program.

Availability

Our home raised beef is provincially inspected and available seasonally in late spring and fall. Orders placed in advance of these times will ensure cutting and wrapping to your preferred specifications.

At other times of the year we have access to farm direct beef from other local producers.
